From you we will only require your contact person in the bank. We will then communicate with the bank to request all necessary documentation in order to develop the solution for you. As a rule of thumb, we don’t require the bank documentation to be translated. However, if the bank does not have an English-speaking staff, we might ask you at times to engage in some communication.
All communication with the bank will be performed with you in CC.
We will not invoice you until the solution is complete, installed in your environment and tested together with your users.
Your agreement with us will cover all necessary services to ensure an uninterrupted work with CashManager. No additional fees for updating CashManager even in case of major releases. We always keep our customers on the latest version.
