Standard implementation
If the ERP system and bank you are using are already supported by CashManager, just request a demo version and we will help you with installation.
Installing and configuring CashManager is quick and easy, and the training typically only requires one or two days, so the implementation time depends mostly on how long you would like to test CashManager before you decide to proceed with it. We usually offer two to four weeks for the user acceptance testing phase.

Our standard training takes only two 2-hour sessions, because the highly intuitive user interface of CashManager helps users learn by themselves. We usually reserve two days for the training, one 2-hour session each day. If later on during regular usage any questions arise, our support team is always available on the phone and email (see “Maintenance policy”).
CashManager supports most popular bank formats such as ISO 20022, SWIFT MT940 / MT101, BAI2, and more. We are also constantly working on integrating CashManager with new banks and ERPs. Please contact us to find out whether your specific bank in your country is already supported, or new bank implementation would be needed.

New bank implementation
If your bank is new to CashManager, we need to develop the integration before you can use CashManager. But don't worry - a typical solution can be developed as quickly as in 2 weeks, and thanks to our "Welcome policy" our new customers are not charged for that.

Even if you have a rare or custom ERP system, which CashManager does not support yet, our experienced development team can still integrate it with CashManager.
Depending on the situation, we are ready to cooperate with your IT department or your ERP support company to do the necessary development.

We will need an access to your ERP system. Prior to this, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with your company. If you rely on a maintenance company, they might be helpful in explaining your ERP data structure and import methods. If you don’t have a maintenance company or your ERP is tailor-made, don’t worry – our development team is highly experienced in very different systems and armed with all the necessary data analysis tools.
