Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on your configuration (bank, ERP), but in the simplest case it can be as little as few hours of installation and configuration. See “Implementation” for more details.

Our standard training takes only two 2-hour sessions, because the highly intuitive user interface of CashManager helps users learn by themselves. We usually reserve two days for the training, one 2-hour session each day. If later on during regular usage any questions arise, our support team is always available on the phone and email (see “Maintenance policy”).

CashManager from the very beginning has been built as a global solution. Payments can be done in any currency, and bulk currency conversion of multiple payment amounts is supported. Bank reconciliation can be fine-tuned to allow for currency fluctuations. To relieve the users from double entry, CashManager will use your ERP’s currency dictionary by default, but it is also possible to choose a different data source.

The data that CashManager will use from your ERP includes customer/vendor invoices, basic customer/vendor information and their bank account data, currency dictionary. If Payroll is implemented, CashManager can also use the salary calculations and employee data (please note that the Payroll functionality of CashManager has additional security). Depending on your ERP, some additional data might be needed. From the bank, only the payment confirmations and/or bank statements are loaded as files or through API. For higher security, all data is only stored locally within your infrastructure. See “Integration” for more details.

CashManager does not have any effect on the security of your business processes, because authentication for the bank and the ERP is performed respectively on the bank or the ERP side (see “Integration” for more details). The “Payroll” functionality has additional authentication methods to prevent any disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons. All data is only stored locally within your infrastructure, so no information leaks are possible.

CashManager supports most popular bank formats such as ISO 20022, SWIFT MT940 / MT101, BAI2, and more. We are also constantly working on integrating CashManager with new banks and ERPs. Please contact us to find out whether your specific bank in your country is already supported, or new bank implementation would be needed.

We are constantly working on integrating CashManager with more and more ERP systems. Please get in touch with us and let us know your ERP name, version and country, so that we can inform you whether your ERP is already integrated or new ERP implementation would be needed.

Our “Welcome policy” for new customers means we do not charge for standard integration of your first bank.

Just give us your bank’s contact details – we will do the rest.
